Captain America is going after Red Skull and Crossbones because these two bad guys try to bomb the city. First you are going to destroy Crossbones and deactivate his bombs and then you are going to go after Red Skull who placed time bombs in a few places of town. Destroy all bombs and destroy these two bad guys and make sure that the world is safe.
